2-Person Best Ball Entry Form

Deadline: May 21^st BEFORE NOON

Date: Saturday, May 23^rd                                                                  Time: 8:00 am – 11: 00 am Tee Times

Entry Fee: $30.00 per player due at time of registration               Playing Fees: Due Day of Play

Format: Each player plays their own ball. Record the gross score on each hole for each player. After the round, verify your hole-by-hole scores and initial the card. Turn your completed scorecard into the golf shop.

Tees: Based on player preference.

Handicaps: 85% of each player’s course handicap.

Flights: Flights will be determined based on the combined team handicap.

Gross & Net Skins plus Deuce Pot Available - $5.00 each and paid the day of the event.

We will be utilizing LIVE scoring! Must have GHIN and Golf Genius App.
