 dditional applicable playing fees are due at check-in on the tournament day
 . Range included.</p><p>GHIN Handicap required. Team handicap (weighted 35%
  + 15%) and the number of teams participating will determine the number of 
 flights. Teams may comprise any combination of men and/or women of any age.
 </p><p>Scramble Format: All players tee off, choose the best shot, and all 
 players will play from the selected spot. Continue this process until the b
 all is holed. You may place the ball no nearer to the hole than one club-le
 ngth of the original spot. You CANNOT use the club length to move to a bett
 er location on the course. For example, if the original ball is in the roug
 h, all players must play from the rough. On the green, all players will pla
 y from the exact spot of the original ball.</p><p>TEES:</p><ul><li>All Wome
