 8th, or until filled. $45 tournament fee per player due at registration. Th
 is includes Friday’s practice round and dinner. Green fees, cart rentals, a
 nd development fees are due on Saturday the day of play. Discounted green f
 ees & cart rentals for non-pass holders.\nUltimate Format: Best Ball (H
 oles 1-6 Handicaps are USGA Net); Pinehurst Alternate Shot (Holes 7-12 Hand
 icaps are 40% of sum – selected drives); Scramble Format (Holes 13-18 Handi
